Adds a scanner that will allow you to track wild dino's with many filtering options.

• The scanner can be accessed by holding R to open up your player radial wheel.
• Keep in mind that when playing on a server there is a 5 minute cooldown for the list to get updated.
• Scanning will only show the nearest dino.
• For singleplayer, be sure to add the line -PreventHibernation to your steam launch options or install a mod that prevents hibernation.
