Black Labs Adjustments: Yutyrannus
This Yutyrannus TLC mod incorporates quality of life changes and balance adjustments to bring it into par with modern ASA. This mod focuses it toward peerless battlefield command.
Changes:
1.) The vanilla roars have been overhauled and rebuilt from the ground up. Your secondary attack is now a dedicated "roar" button which uses your currently selected roar. You can cycle through your roars by pressing C. Your selected roar is indicated by a new, custom built HUD widget.
2.) The courage roar now is omnidirectional.
3.) All new roar: Summon. This roar summons a powerful carnotaurus ally. The summoned carno is the same level as the Yutyrannus with level-scaled armor and will fight for you for 120 seconds. You can summon up to three at once.
4.) All new roar: Rally. This roar provides powerful momentary stamina regeneration to your allies out to the same distance as your courage roar. (Rally doesn't effect other BLYutys.)
5.) All new passive ability: Command. When you are riding your Yutyrannus, you become more powerful for each ally in your vicinity (max 5). Your commander level is indicated by a custom HUD element.
6.) All new activated ability: Evasive Maneuvers. Press the X key (airbrakes) to activate a special mode. In this mode, you gain a speed bonus and can phase through other creatures for 5 seconds. You can press X again to refresh your timer as much as you want. But use judiciously - you are unable to attack in this mode and it drains 100 stamina/second.
7.) Basic attack speed has been increased (to roughly match the rex)
8.) Base stamina and stamina scaling have both been increased. The BLYuty is stamina HUNGRY.
This mod replaces the spawns of both vanilla Yutyrannus and X-Yutyrannus with (BLA) Yutyrannus. (BLA) Yutyrannus can mate with BOTH base and X-yutys.
Black Labs mods are intended to feel seamless with Vanilla. They are not meant to drive anything into overpowered territory, just bring less functional or aging tames up to par. Balance changes are always a matter of taste - Black Labs balances with respect to PVE play.
