Commissioned Mod A simple Welcome Pack system. Setup a lootset(presumably in beacon). Upon connecting, if the lootset is detected, the player will be granted the items within the lootset. This is a 1 time welcome pack PER character. The lootset name to be used must be: LootItemSet_SeaOfSoulsWelcomePack

Spawn the chest, add items to it, save the contents(radial menu). Only accessible to admins. To revert back to the lootset, you'll need to delete the .sav file stored in Saved\SaveGames directory in your server.
