Adds a Surprise Loot Terminal that spawns in items from loot tables.
Adds a Surprise Loot Terminal that can generate items chosen at random from loot tables found from drops or artifact caves.
- Can be unlocked at level 105 and crafted in the tek replicator.
- Has a 24 hour cooldown for servers or 3 hours for console on singleplayer.
- Can cap saddle armor values on servers.
