This mod introduces a customizable PvP cooldown system
When a player triggers PvP activity (such as damaging turrets, enemy players, or dinos), a cooldown timer is activated during which specific commands can be blocked.
The mod is configurable via ini, allowing full control over cooldown behavior and its triggers.
