• Can be unlocked at level 95 and crafted in the Tek Replicator.
• Please note that due to the Forge using the word "Tek" in the item name, the engram won't show up until you reach level 95, this is due to how wildcard has setup tek engrams and without renaming the item to not include tek in the name this cannot be fixed.
