Rebalanced Compost Bin

This mod introduces the "Rebalanced Compost Bin", which provides a much more balanced gameplay experience for making fertilizer, especially in early game.

Each type of feces can be processed seperately, and cost only 10 thatch per fertilizer. Bigger poops give more fertilizer.
The bin runs at 2x speed by default, but is INI configurable to be whatever speed you want.
Fertilizers can be compressed into Large Fertilizers, allowing for less crop plot maintainence.
Items in the bin have a chance to randomly spawn additional items:
Worms can occasionally be found in the loose soil of regular fertilizer bags. These can be used as fishing bait.
Rare Mushrooms can occasionally be found growing on feces.
Rare Flowers can occasionally be found growing on the nutrient rich large fertilizer bags.
Can use player stamina/water (sweat) to pickup nearby poops and place them in the bin.
Dinos can poop directly into the bin - - any poop that touches the bin will be placed into the bin's inventory.
Better placement snap- points and options.
Lots of INI settings to change everything about the bin.
