Veresas Assist Bar
This addon adds 5 buttons to the left side of your screen (standard), which you can easily set to target or assist a player or something else (searching a mob for a quest). To bind the buttons is possible too. The settings and targets are saved for each character.
Configuration: /vab
With the command /vab you can open the options screen to setup the buttons (look at the screenshot).
If "Assist" is checked and you click on the button, the action hits the players target and if you click on the name of the player near the button, you get the players target in target ( assist :P ).
Attention:
If the player you set to target is to far away or didnt exist, you get a player or unit with a similar name in target! But you could cut names, for example: "ver" would target "Veresa" if no one else has the beginning "Ver" ;D
Shortcuts:
Info: http://www.wowwiki.com/API_TYPE_UnitId
Examples:
-- "party1" : takes party player 1 in target
-- "party1target" : takes the target form party player 1
-- "party1targettarget" : takes the target form party player 1 target
-- "raid23" : takes raid player nr 23 in target
- EasyToUseFunction #
You dont have to search the raid number from the maintanks or someone else, you can write the targets name, for example "Nydoria" + "#" + command and AssistBar will find him if he is in raid / party:
-- "Nydoria#target" : takes the target from Nydoria
-- "Nydoria#targettarget" : takes the target from Nydorias target
So you can build your own CT_RaidAssist Maintank Target's Target!
- Target-Next
You have to bind a key if you want to use this function. Target-Next is a very simple function which targets the next configured player ( Button 1 to 5 ).
In the options it can be setup if you just want to get the player in target or assist the player (if assist is checked).
- Target: Lowest Health
You have to bind a key if you want to use this function. If you use this, you get the player with the lowest health in target.
- Movable
Check it in the options window and at the top of the Action-Bar is a small "Button" shown, with pressed mouse on it you can move the Action-Bar.
Should be working on all WoW versions... if not... tell me.
Have fun
