TitanDPS

Basically it adds a DPS Tracker to the Titan Panel Mod.

The DPS Tracker code is based on that of Combat Stats, though much, much more minimal. I've added session DPS tracking, Overall DPS Tracking.

For those classes that have pets, the tooltip should track pet dps as well. It currently separates out the Pet DPS. And only shows your own DPS. An option to combine this is coming in the config panel.

-- LOCALIZATION --
I know people have asked for this. So as of v0.61.1300, the ability to localize is in. Please PM me localizations for localizations not listed here. I also need the Locale. Germany is deDE, France is frFR, USA is enUS, etc. Without those, dynamic localizations gets very difficult. (please look at the TitanDPSLocalization.lua file for why)

Localized For
enUS (US English)
frFR (French)
deDE (German)
