Yes, another tooltip mod. All this really does is add a coloured background to
the target depending on their reaction to you (based off the original tooltip
before 12/21). I also added the guild information for any players in a guild,
for those that like to have guild names turned off (me, for example).
There aren't any slash commands, and no gui. I tried to keep everything as close
to the original tips as possible (with the exception of making the hostile
colour a bit more red - seemed a bit washed-out after the last patch).
Credits: I referenced Skeeves SimpleTip and ross GoodTip to find out how the
tooltip code worked, and based much of my code off theirs.
