I know EVO mod stops the Devolved Rex spawning, I can't do anything about it unless they allow vanilla spawns via ini config at some point :(

Devolved reintroduces creatures from both ASE and ASA from before their respective TLC updates. This is intended for Nostalgia and appreciation for the evolution of the game and the many stages it has been through
