Adds a chibi skin for the Dracoteuthis. Can be applied to any existing chibi, and can be dyed for custom color selection - otherwise, it will take the colors the original chibi had.
Comes in normal chibi and "no modifiers" (normal looking) versions.
Variants (such as X-variant and Tek variant) will be added around the same time as the main mod adds them.
