The Warriors of the North are invading the Arks!
With "V.W.E.S. - Warriors Of The North" (V.W.E.S. = Visual Weapon Equip System), YOU too can unleash the Viking within!
Features:
Viking Armor (Male/Female):
- Provides excellent protection against the cold and moderate protection against heat.
Viking Settler Armor (Male/Female):
- Casual clothing for everyday settler life.(3 pieces - craftable in the player inventory)
Viking Shields and Weapons: 3 Shields -> Designs:
- Rune and Dragon (more durable and lighter than a metal shield) -> Automatically equipped (if in inventory) as soon as a sword or axe is equipped.
- Battle Axe and Broadsword
- Throwable Axe
- Muspel Sword and Jotunn Axe - possible claimable using a HugrKey
- Viking Bow + 3 types of ammo: Iron Tip, Flame and food draining Tranq (unlockable at lvl 65)
- Resource: Feathers -> will be randomly add to players inventory (3-7) by killing Dodo (also AB Dodos), Microraptor, Ichthyornis and Terrorbird
- Hugr Key -> will be auto-added to players inventory by killing 100 creatures with the sword, axe or bow
Hugr Chest: A type of item lottery. Kill 100 creatures using a Broadsword, Battleaxe or Viking Bow to automatically receive a HugrKey. The chest guarantees a variety of resources, armor, and weapons from four different sets. Additionally, the last two sets can be configured by server owners via the INI file.
Structures:
- Floors, Ceilings, Walls, Roofs... etc - most of the standards
- bunch of decorations and QoL Structures (more structures are being planned.)
**Everything can be crafted at the Smithy.
Additional Features:
- Every sword, axe and bow features a random, Nordic name.
Please note that some settings and values still need to be adjusted. Nevertheless, you can experiment with the existing content. :)
