Adds configurability to the Ossidons visual stats and abilities.
It has configs for:
Effectiveness for each level point type Amount of points needed per-stat to reach the full effect of the visuals and abilities Max and Min Strength multipliers of the "visual" effect for each stat Max and Min Strength multipliers of the ability effect for each stat
And it adds:
Icicles now explode for 150 base damage in the same radius as the icicle AoE Icicle radius and explosion radius scale with melee, the way the other abilities scale Removed abrupt stop when landing from a jump Jump height and movement speed scales with the Health visual stat modifier
Does not remap Ossidons, should work with any other Ossidon mods.
