There's a bug in classic where sometimes after a fresh login healers won't see your hp bar change when you take damage, the most reliable way to fix this is to unequip and reequip a piece of gear with stamina on it. This addon does that on a fresh login, that way the bug should hopefully be avoided in hardocre settings.
