Configs Explained

ImpactDamage: The amount of damage the spell does to the target, if it hits a target directly.
ExplodeDamage: The amount of damage it does when(and if) it explodes. Damage radiates outward, losing damage as it goes.
TravelDamage: The amount of damage it does when passing closely to targets as it travels. Damage radiates outward, losing damage as it goes.
TravelRadius: The area around the spell projectile that takes damage when it travels. RequiredLevel: The level required to properly cast the spell.
BonusDamagePercent: An extra optional control to increase damage done by this percent. Primarily used by the Blood Pack spells, but feel free to use it for whatever.
HealthToConsume: Only applies to Blood Pack spells, but the amount of health lost when casting this spell.
SpellNameCooldownTimeSeconds: Time in seconds before allowed to recast.
