Its a modpack which at the core is base Cobblemon but has additions that add pokemon that arent currently in the modpack, makes it where you can ride pokemon, ui changes, breeding, and crafting recipes from the pokemon games. It also includes performance mods that help with server and single player world lag and chunk loading. Also quality of life changes like waystones, a mini map, and new structures.
