Better Shovel

Adds a new "better" shovel, extending the usability of the default BTT shovel.

In a radius around the player all crop plots will be tilled when you till 1, there is no total number which wil be processed at once.

Foliage can be picked up in an area around where the shovel has hit the ground, up to a max of 10 pieces per usage. You will still need a plant pot for each bit of foliage in order to pick it up.

One key thing to note, if you directly harvest a plant only 1 will be collected, to grab multiple plants at once just strike the ground near foliage with plant pots in your inventory.

The new shovel is unlocked at level 52 and crafted in a fabricator, all the standard functions of a regular BTT shovel remain. As well as the features mentioned above the shovel has a buffed durability and lowered weight to make it less cumberson to keep on you at all times for treasure hunting. Along with this it has a nice little glow to make it feel special.

BTT is still required as with the regular shovel.

Any issues please leave a comment, crop plots I think should be pretty solid, harvesting foliage required a little more fiddling so has a slightly larger chance of having a couple bugs but seems to be fine.
