Revive nearly dead players and dinos

Commissioned

Description

When a player or a dino is about to die, they get a second chance. Revive fallen friends with the Potion of Awakening.

Features

Control who can get revived(Players, tames, wild dinos, etc).
How long they can be revived for.
How often they can be revived.
How much of their stats are returned, if any.
Vial of Awakening is crafted in the Mortar, Equus with saddles and Chemistry Bench.
Revived dinos can NOT be cryo'd until the cooldown time expires.

UseWildDinos: Should apply to wild dinos. Default: false
UsePlayers: Should apply to players. Default: true
WildDinoDownTimeSeconds: How long wild dinos are downed for. Default: 30
