Description

Send messages between Rookeries placed all over the map, at lightning speed from our feathered friends.

Features

Only Rookeries that have a custom name can send or receive messages.
Options to allow item attachments & limits on number of attachments AND send packages, a combo of note and item sending. Item attachment done via the rookery menu.
Support for Better Notebooks & Letters(Only sealed Envelopes can be used in place of notes. Unsealed envelopes and letters can still be attachments to notes)

Usage - Notes

  • Craft a note in your inventory
  • Use it and write your message
  • Open the menu on your Rookery to send letters(Rookery must have a custom name to access this)
  • Select your note and the destination Rookery
  • Attach any items, if you have this enabled and wish to send some items
  • Send

  • Craft a package in your inventory
  • Use it and write your message
  • Open the menu on your Rookery to send letters(Rookery must have a custom name to access this)
  • Select your Package and the destination Rookery
  • Attach any items, if you have this enabled and wish to send some items
  • Send

Notes

There are configs for both item number limits and weight restrictions. These are displayed inside the Rookery Send menu.

Configs

UseRavenVisuals: If false, no ravens will spawn. Mail will still be delivered.
HideCoords: If true, the Rookery GPS coordinates will be hidden. Default: false
EnableLogging: If true, logs sending of message/package/etc. Default: true
DiscordWebhook: The discord url for your webhook. Sends messages about when users send messages/packages/etc.
MaxNoteLengthForLogging: The max length of the message to display in the webhook. If too long, no webhook is received. Default: 500
MaxWeight: The max weight of the package. Not allowed to surpass this, regardless of the item count. Default is 0(unlimited).
