Adds a functional Wheel of Fortune to the game.
To use: Fill the inventory with items (you can leave empty slots), and then to set a cost you need to open the inventory, click on one of your items in your inventory (stacks will also work) and click the button in the inventory. Thatll set the cost to that specific item with that specific amount.
Up to 12 rewards (you can use empty slots) and a configurable resource cost to use! (if you want it)
