Cross Platform Mod that adds remapped Reapers replacing the vanilla one. Those Reapers are what I think they should've been, super menacing and cool.
New variants of the Reapers are included in the mod, among them: Tek Reaper King, Tek Reaper Queen, Corrupted Reaper Queen and Alpha Reaper Queen. Tek Reapers and Corrupted Reapers all spawn in the area vanilla Corrupted Reaper King spawn, with Tek having 5% chance to replace the Corrupted Reapers. Wild Tek Reaper does not have the natural armor, but the tamed ones have.
Defeating any Corrupted Reaper (King or Queen) will drop the Corrupted Reaper Costumes (one for King and one for Queen).
When the player is impregnated by the Queen, there is 25% chance the offspring to be a Reaper Queen. The impregnation system is basically the vanilla one with a few pluses.
This version of the tamed Reaper King will always be male, can have Mate Boost with any Reaper Queen from the same tribe, have all the vanilla attacks, plus now can use Roar in consoles and can bury with its Rider and walk underground with him.
The new Tameable Reaper Queen basically does the same as the Tamed Reaper King, but also have some other abilities: she can Lay Egg in a unique way once a day; once per day the player can pluck a Needle from the Queen, this Needle will be explained below; she produces Reaper Pheromone Essence in her inventory over time; her Tail Projectile is a nerfed version of the wild Queen, and she can be fully colorized, just like King.
Those Reaper have a new option in the Radial Menu, under the Options Sub Menu, so that players can convert them back to the vanilla Reaper, but be aware that Reaper Queens, once converted back to vanilla, will become Reaper King again and all the new abilities will not work anymore. Tamed vanilla Reaper Kings can also convert themselves into the modded ones. Once the conversion happens, the old Reaper data will be saved into the mod, so you can convert back to exactly the same Reaper as it was before conversion, as they are saved in an invisible Cryopod-like system. All the stuff in the tamed Reaper inventory will be dropped to the ground after the conversion. If the player tamed a vanilla Reaper King, once he converts it to the modded, there is a chance for it become a Queen (25% chance).
For each Reaper in the pack, each member gains 10% more damage. Only Queens can be pack leader, the higher level Queen becomes the pack leader, the pack leader has 50% more damage and 25% more resistence. When the pack leader Queen Roars, all the pack members will roar along, and get the pack member buff (only pack members, nor the pack leader), getting another 25% damage boost by 90 seconds.
Alpha Reaper Queen can only spawn in Aberration, under certain requirements: first one, the player must find and fight a vanilla Reaper Queen, and before defeating that Reaper, make sure the dino or player doing the fatal hit is under the effect of Reaper Pheromone Essence. If everything goes well, the defeated Queen, instead of dying, will Roar calling the Alpha Queen and bury itself. But be prepared, the Alpha Reaper Queen has about 1 million HP, does about the same amount of damage as a Gigas, is immune to Charge Light and has 50% damage resistence against all damage. Upon defeating, it will drop 5 Reaper Pheromone Gland, 1 Reaper Helmet, 1 Alpha Reaper Bulb, 20 Reaper Blood vials and 1 Fertilized Reaper Egg. The Offsprings generated by an Alpha Reaper Queen Egg will always be a tamed Reaper Queen, and will also come with 10 mutations already.
Charge Light Immunity System: new system added to tamed Reapers and Tek Reapers. Naturally each tamed Reaper has 80% damage resistence, but under Charge Light effect their damage resistence drops to 0%, and the Reaper takes full damage. Upon using a Reaper Blood in a tamed Reaper, the same will gain immunity to Charge Light, and have fixed 50% damage resistence under or out of Charge Light. So, the player can choose: permanent 50% damage resistence all the time, or 80% damage resistence only out of Charge Light. A new HUD Element was added that will change whenever the Reaper is immune, under or out of range of Charge Light.
Fertilized Reaper Egg: can be layed once a day by the Queen without the need of the King. Can be hatched in an Incubator, or the Gigantoraptor, like always, but be aware that once hatched it will be in its offspring version, so the player will need to use a Reaper Pheromone Gland or Essence to stay near it, or the little dude will attack the player. Those offsprings born from the eggs can gain mutations, where all the mutations will be in the Mother Ancestors screen.
Reaper Queen Needle: can be plucked from the Queen once a day. It works exactly the same as the Gigantoraptor Feathers, and the chance to inherit the higher stats is always 100%, but the Queen will produce Needles with random stats, so the Needle Stats can not be controlled, unlike the Gigantoraptor ones. The Queen has a cooldown of 24 hour before the first Needle can be plucked, and converting back to the vanilla Reaper will not reset this timer.
Reaper Pheromone Essence: works exactly like the Reaper Pheromone Gland, but unlike the Gland, Essences spoil after 1 hour, and they can be preserved for more time in tamed Reapers Inventory. The Essences are produces in a Queen Inventory after some time, to a max of 100.
Reaper Blood: using this item in a tamed Reaper, it will become immune to Charge Light from any source.
Reaper new moveset show in the Helper HUD. Just mount it and it will be show.
