Adds a custom version of the Gene Scanner and Gene Storage (NO BTT REQUIRED)
FULL in-game customization of vanilla traits. Access the UI using the Home key on keyboard, or D-pad Right + X + O on PS, or D-pad Right + A + B on Xbox.
Custom Gene Storage with Trait Combination function! Put traits into the Gene Storage, use the radial wheel and it'll combine any duplicate traits into traits of the next tier! For example, if I put 2 Vampiric 1 traits into the custom Gene Storage and use the radial wheel, it'll combine them into a Vampiric 2 trait.
Adds an Admin Trait Gun. The Admin Trait Gun can add or remove any trait from any dino, just aim at a dino and left click to open the menu.
Spawn code for the gun: "cheat gfi dinomanagergun_bettertraits 1 0 0"
Current INI options: (will be integrated into the config UI at some point)

AllowDetectingWildTraits=true (default true, if false will remove the ability to see traits on wild dinos with the gene scanner)
TraitCombiningEnabled=true (default true, if false will remove the ability to combine 2 traits of the same level into a trait of the next level)
