Adds a small chance (2%) for any species to spawn as an Alpha, with increased health and damage.
Alphas will also drop weapons, armor, or saddles keyed to the level of the nearest player. If the player has Tek engrams unlocked there is also a chance of dropping Tek items with quality multipliers.
Loot quality scales with the maximum health of the alpha.
