Adds the Tek grenade launcher from Genesis part 1 to ASA. unlocks at level 1 and costs 0 engram points.
Cluster and Gravity Grenades are replaced with Tek and a normal grenade.
Current issues
- Reload Animation is bugged!
- Grenade launcher cannot swap ammo types!
