New Aberrant Compy added that has the same compass and note finding abilities as the Tribal Compy. The Aberrant Compy is radiation immune. It spawns where the Bulbdog spawns, the Mushroom Forest.
New Tribal Compy. Similar to the regular Compy except with tribal markings and two new abilities plus more improvements over the regular Compy. (see below)
This mod adds my new Tribal Compy spawning in grasslands instead of the jungle like the regular Compy.
Also adds the Tribal Compy on Scorched Earth in the Canyon and Green Desert Biomes
The Tribal Compy has exceptional eyesight and navigational skills that it shares with its owner when it is carried.
When the Tribal Compy is carried, the player is granted a compass on their HUD.
Second, when the Tribal Compy is carried, any nearby notes are marked with a note icon floating above the explorer note box.
Note: Any nearby players can also see the note marker as long as one player is carrying a Tribal Compy and is near a note the marker will be visible.
Other improvements vs the regular Compy:
- Added the ability to tame with Basic Kibble and the same meats as the regular Compy.
- Increased Base Melee from 4 to 5
- Increased Base Health from 50 to 55
- Reduced the torpidity drain rate from 13 to 5
- Improved the shoulder mount stance so it looks forward instead of up in the air
- Increased chance to spawn at higher levels
