The StorageMS Mod provides Survivors with the ability to automate the sorting and moving of inventory around their base.

This mod is currently a Mid-Tier mod, Requires Level 49 to craft and a Generator to Power. Future updates will include both Lower-Tier (that will not require power) and Higher-Tier (Tek Tier) options.

This Mod is designed to work with vanilla and modded structures, providing the ability to use whatever structures you prefer to store your items.

What you will find in the mod:

Storage Controller: This Structure creates a network that will handle processing the rules to move your inventory around as well as scan for resources. _Hint: Your network name is based on the name you give to this structure.
Storage Hub: This Structure extends the range of a network allowing survivors to move their inventory over a larger area.
SMS Tool: This tool has 3 modes, accessible via holding "R" while equipped.
- Configure: Allows you to register and manage a container on the network.
- Copy: Allows you to copy the settings of one container to another.
- Transfer: Allows you to move inventory from one container or dino to another.
D1N0-M8: This Structure, in conjunction with a controller/s above, allows collection of resource from resource generating/gathering dinos within an area. See List below for which dinos are supported.

Terminology:

Intake: Resource being added to the inventory by the Selected Network.
Output: Resources being taken out of the inventory by the Selected Network.

Using the StorageMS Mod:

Controllers: 1

Configure a Dropbox

Place a Controller central to your storage. Rename it Resources.
Activate the Controller.
Place a Storage Box (any size) where you unload resources. Rename it Dropbox (Needs to be within 60 Meters/20 Foundation of the Controller.)
Use the SMS Tool in Configure mode (Change Modes by Pressing or Holding the Reload Button), shoot the Dropbox.
You will see a Drop Down with Transfer selected, change it to Deposit.
Under Output Network, set the Drop Down to Resources
Click the "Toggle State" button to the left of the Container Name of the Widget so it changes from Red to Green.
Click Save
Go ahead and add resources to this container.

Configure your first Storage Container

Find or Place a new Storage Container (small storage box, large storage box, or any structure that holds inventory)
Place resources in the container that you will want to transfer in automatically.
Use the SMS Tool in Configure mode, shoot the Storage Container.
Under Intake Network, set the Drop Down to Resources
Under Output Network, set the Drop Down to [None]
Find the Resource or Resources you want to add to this Container and click the Left Arrow < to move the resource to the Intake Network Rules List.
Click the "Toggle State" button to the left of the Container Name so it changes from Red to Green.
Click Save

Walk away and do something else, after a bit of time resources will be moved. Go ahead an add other Containers to the Intake Network for other Resources to have StorageMS automatically distribute your resources throughout your base.
