Be Smart! Use Smart Decay and give your Staff and your Players a smoother Decay experience

Here’s a small Heads-up what Smart Decay will do in its initial version:

-Check through every structure and Dino on restart (recommended & default) or continuously (optional)

-Checking is done in “batches” to prevent hangs (for restart checks) or lags (for continuous checking)

-Users can define Warntime and Decaytime in the GuS.ini

-Decaytime is the time when Structures / Dino’s will be removed

-Warntime is the time when Structures / Dino’s are marked ingame and a warning is posted in the log

-Structures “refresh” once they are rendered by the owning Tribe/Player

-Exceptionlist via DC Bot (Tribes on this list will not decay no matter how long no one hasn’t rendered their stuff

-Logs are kept in the Tribe Logs

-Patreons can also enable Logging to Discord

-Special Decay for Dino’s / Structures

-Duplicate Dino Check

-Area Decay via DC Commands

-Admin Tools (still pending if not released standalone)
