Random Replacement Fixes [Crossplay]

Mod that fixes the inexact matches of random replacements. Port of the mod from ASE. Does not have X-Rexes, but this is the icon from ASE. There are some mods (namely, Elite Dinos preventing spawns from No Untameables), that have issues fixed from being patched with the PGD config.
