Descent will be a map where you adventure through a series of cave systems.
Please note that new passages to new cave systems may be adjusted at any point. I'm working on this map daily and there are a number of systems in place that are 'placeholders' as I build out the cave systems. It is in a playable state, but I would not recommend making this a primary play map until there is more content. At this time the map is mostly just fun to explore. My goal is to have everything to a more well-rounded state in about a month. Please keep in mind that I am a solo dev who has a full-time job.
My aim is to fully utilize the possibilities of Nanite meshes to create a playable area that is not limited to a horizontal play area. As a personal style I also try to keep the disk size of my maps to a minimum which helps facilitate quick updates and downloads while not taking up more space on your hard drive (Ark already takes enough I don't need to add to it more than necessary).
