Add the following to the BOTTOM of your GameUserSettings.ini:

IndustrialForgeCraftingSpeed=1
RefiningForgeCraftingSpeed and IndustrialForgeCraftingSpeed work the same way, it is a multiplier for speed, a value of 2 would make it twice as fast as vanilla.
RefiningForgeWoodInterval is how many seconds it takes 1 wood to turn into charcoal in the refining forge. The interval is in seconds, a value of 1 will turn 1 wood into charcoal every second, default value is 30. does NOT affect fuel consumption for other fuel types.
