I intend to port (and improve) Genesis Creatures.

Important note : This mod on its own doesn't do anything as in none of those creatures are gonna spawn naturally (I haven't implemented spawners yet and may never do so), you gotta implement spawns yourself using mods such as Configuration Toolkit or B+ Spawner. Probably also needs to add the items in loot tables for them to be obtenable with Quality.

This mod aims to port (and improve) Genesis creatures to ASA and, obviously, in a functional state.

Astrodelphis Status : Fully functional.

Bloodstalker Status : Fully functional.

-------------------------------Massive Bloodstalker Update (Jan. 12th 2026)-------------------------------

it took awhile but finally it is there:

Fixed/Improved Climbing camera and Climbing handling (Turning and moving) ✅️

Fixed Character model aim/look direction (mostly noticeable with a gun equipped) ✅️

Fixed Death anim ✅️

Changed Rider position to be on top of the Spider ( I'd like in the future to make a saddle) ✅️

Changed Ensnare mechanic to allow carrying a target, the ensnare attack is now toggealable ✅️

Changed Tallmode to be toggleable at will and not hinder movement (kinda 😅, didn't feel like learning how to make animation yet so I opted for a lazy solution). ✅️

Added a Leap attack that double-strike and scales with Speed levels (both for damage and leap distance, and obviously Melee levels too). Leap is also camera-based as in you won't leap as far when looking straight down and will leap further when looking up. ✅️

"Fixed" SpiderVision (basically used Tek Helmet effect). ✅️

There are still some kinks left to iron out but nothing too bad I believe. Of course, report to me any issues you encounter.

Jan. 14th : Apparently last update broke the Spider in-game, no one reported it LOL. It seems to be a cooking issue, a recook should be released soon.

Jan. 15th : Well apparently CF Cooker having been updated to latest version is resulting in breaking certain mods cook as the Devkit itself still isn't updated... My new attempt still have the issue with Bloodstalker but I will be sharing my Local Cook as it should work (if CF's cooker is really at fault).

-------------------------------Jan. 24th Update-------------------------------

Fixed some desync on the Astrodelphis (still may not be perfect tho). ✅️

Enabled Quality on Astro saddle (armor caps at 100). ✅️

Added a Shiny Astrodelphis. For now it is basically a reskin with some visual effects but I may iterate further on it later. ✅️

Multiple fixes on the BloodStalker. ✅️

Added a "Saddle" for the BloodStalker. It acts as a protective metallic coating that provides armor to the spider. Caps at 100 armor with Quality. ✅️

Lastly, I want to say that BloodStalker being the cursed creature it is (both nature-wise and code-wise), fixing all its bugs would require to dig alot deeper in its spaghetti and I'm quite satisfied with what I've already done. The bugs left are not too severe, well those that I'm aware off 😅 (mostly some random slight desync at times).

Feb. 1st: I noticed an annoying issue with BloodStalker where enemies are often gonna impair (read here, totally lock you in place) your movement when reaching your model to attack. I will look into fixing this soonish.
