Removes the jump limit on managarmr through a simple equippable costume, without changing the creature directly.

- The buff is applied via a costume that the player crafts in their own inventory and equips on the managarmr
- The effect can be removed at any time by simply removing the costume
- The mod does not change the creature's BP, meaning it can be added or removed without causing any damage to the save.
- Works in any game mode
- The buff only removes the jump and dash limiters so that the managarmr behaves as it did before the pvp nerf years ago. The maximum number of jumps is still limited to the mana stamina
- Also adds radiation protection
