This mod aims to introduce some additional options to Tek equipment.
For now the only item this mod adds is an attachment for the Vanilla Tek Rifle, reducing its damage but making it do a good amount of torpor per hit. Engram is learned at level 100.
I made this mod as a way to learn to add INI settings as for now they are
[TekAdditions] ShockImpactDamage=20
(Changes the base damage of the Tek Rifle, default is 20, torpor is multiplied by 10)
