This mod adds a new structure, functioning as a Tek-tier forge, chemistry bench, and more! It is unlocked at any Dragon or Manticore victory, on The Center from the Beta Megapithecus, from Beta Rockwell, or from the Forest Titan.
If you want it to be unlocked at a certain level instead, you can use the following config in your game.ini file:
EngramEntryAutoUnlocks=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_MatterManipulator_C",LevelToAutoUnlock=100)
